Production Process
From hatchery to harvest, our process ensures the highest quality fish:
1. Hatchery: We hatch our own fingerlings to ensure healthy starts.
2. Nursery: Fingerlings grow in our nursery until they’re ready for ponds.
3. Grow-out: Fish grow in our ponds until harvest.
4. Processing: Fish are processed and packaged for market
